Hello everyone! I hope you enjoyed the holidays and New Year’s Eve. As for myself, I spent Christmas week visiting my family in the San Francisco Bay Area , and New Year’s was a quiet one spent at home in Paso Robles for a change. Stayed up just long enough to see the ball fall in New York, and that was it for us.
I just realized that it has been a month hiatus since I last posted to my blog sites, so I am here to tell you that I am back and have kicked off the dust. My, how time flies…
Don’t think many of us will lament over 2008 coming to an end, but hopefully, you are just as excited as I am about 2009! Things can only get better; right?
I am hearing that by mid-2009 the housing market should start to recover. As far as the Paso Robles area is concerned, the market is great, especially considering it is only January 16th. In fact, I am very happy to say that I opened my first 2009 escrow 2 days ago, so personally I am feeling fabulous about the new year.
California Central Coast weather has been phenomenal the last week. It has been in the mid to high 70′s in Paso Robles and as high as 80 at the coast. If you are located back east where it is cold and snowing, I feel for you. You could be here! We are so spoiled…
